The Foundation for Hope Village relies on endowment income and donations to fund approximately 50% of Hope Village's annual budget. The balance of the funding comes from resident tuition, day program fees, donations and  enterprise revenue from the Ceramics Program, Developmental  Center, Village Cafe, Gift Shop and Resale Shop.

Hope Village has expanded its facility to meet the needs of its aging population, Hope Village needs to substantially increase the size of its endowment. Obtaining additional endowment funds will allow the Foundation to fulfill its goal of affordable residential and respite care for individuals with mental retardation, specifically the long-term operation of Hope Village and expansion of services and residential opportunities.

The Foundation’s goal is to obtain additional endowment principal of $5,000,000. The additional $5,000,000 in endowment resources will provide income that will allow Hope Village to fully cover the endowment's projected portion of operating expenses from investment proceeds.
